We will secure your deposit in the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS). You will receive either a letter or an e-mail at the beginning of your tenancy with a security code, which you will need to release the deposit when you move out of the property. It is important that you keep this number safe at all times. Once you decide to leave and you have released your deposit, it will be returned to you by cheque to the forwarding address you have given us.
