I want to stay in the property - can I?

If we have not received your notice to vacate 1 month before you are due to move out, we will take it that you wish to stay in your home. Once your tenancy agreement has ended, you will be allowed to stay on a month by month basis until you decide to leave. If you wish to make this arrangement more permanent, please contact us and we will draw up a new tenancy agreement for you.
